With more than 15 years of expertise in trademark law, Alice Denenberg serves as a trusted advisor to her clients, particularly on complex domestic and international trademark matters.
Alice’s practice encompasses both U.S. and international trademark prosecution. She guides clients through every aspect of trademark protection, from initial clearance and risk assessment to strategic filing, registration, maintenance, and enforcement strategies.
Alice frequently writes articles and teaches on the subject of trademark law.
Alice is admitted in New York, New Jersey, and as a Canadian Trademark Agent. Alice is bilingual in French, and conversational Russian.
Alice is involved in her community and serves on the Board of Directors of the Fort Lee Regional Chamber of Commerce.
